At Faith Community Church we want to ensure that the people of the congregation know their leadership and have a strong connection to them. Pastor Spence Laycock and his wife Marcia are the first Pastoral couple to serve this young and growing church. They have been in pastoral ministry since 1988. In 1995-96 they served with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Papua New Guinea. Marcia is an established author having just completed her third book. She also teaches writng skills and has her own ministry that has encouraged people around the world. Her web site is www.vinemarc.com
